This medium size Vernet thumb tip measures about 2 1/8" in length. We suggest using a 6" silk for this particular TT, however a 9" will also work. It is slightly longer and slighty wider than the Vernet Thumb Tip Normal Size but this is made of a new material (not rubber) that is more soft than the standard TT. This is for a single TT (the image displays a pack of twelve.)
